In-person classes are held at Wallingford Yoga, 1405 North 43rd Street in Seattle.
For people who have registered for the full series or who keep a current monthly unlimited pass, each class will be recorded and available with unlimited access for the duration of the program, plus 2 months to view at your leisure.
Our class will begin with breath awareness, followed by gentle somatic-based practices to unwind tension and strengthen the deep core. 20 - 25 minutes will be devoted towards the end of practice for restorative poses and guided relaxation.
For people joining online, I recommend having some props handy -- a yoga strap; couple of yoga blocks; a bolster if you have one (not to worry if you don't) and a couple of substantial blankets.
