What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a gentle and profoundly relaxing practice drawn from the yogic tradition. Our sessions will begin with about 15 minutes of gentle somatic movement to unwind tension from the day and to prepare the body and mind for relaxation and gentle, deep inquiry. You will then be supported through a 30–40-minute yoga nidra.
