In this special class, we will begin to explore how Ayurveda supports graceful aging.

We will learn about:

  • A few simple foundational principles of Ayurveda
  • Foods that support healthy joints and bones.
  • A gentle yoga practice that you can do daily to help prevent the progression of arthritis and osteoporosis
  • The crucial link between stress management and cell renewal, including a short, guided relaxation.
