During the holiday season, we can all get busy, scattered, and somewhat stressed. But setting aside time for a quiet practice to nurture and restore connection to your center can be so important. Then you can move out into the rest of the season more present for each moment and being you interact with.
Carving time out in your busy schedule for this extended practice will help you find quiet within and a greater state of presence. Pranayama, kriyas (practices working on the subtle level of energy), a gentle warm-up asana flow, long-held stretches (both yin and restorative postures), and a partially guided meditation will make up our experience together. Various options for modification will be given for each posture so there will be something for everyone.
