Take time for some self-care during the holiday season to experience the healing practices of Ayurveda.  During our time together, we will:
  •  Learn a gentle self-massage you can do for yourself at home to support relaxation, healthy joints, and circulation.   This “Self-Abhyanga” massage is one of the centerpieces of Ayurvedic care and is considered a secret for longevity!
  • A short, gentle, home yoga practice you can do for yourself every day to center and find balance.
  • Learn how to make a warm spiced “Golden Milk” with both cow and vegan milks to reduce inflammation and relax the nervous system.
