As we enter Autumn, life can get busier!  A meditative, heart-centered yoga practice can be a wonderful way to care for yourself and start your day.   In each gentle-to-moderate level class, we will explore practices that:
-  Support mindfulness, grounding, and clarity
 -  Develop strength, balance, and flexibility
 - Support joint health and strengthen bones
 - Relieve stress while cultivating emotional wellness
