Before the busy summer, join Kalyani and your fellow practitioners for a few hours of meditative practice. A short talk will be given about the nature of the mind and meditation. The rest of the time will be experiential. Meditative experiences will include movement practices accessible to everyone, pranayama, meditative kriyas (energy work involving some combination of breath, sound, and movement), and seated meditation. This will be a wonderful opportunity to find your center and remind yourself of the ways you can return there again and again.
