Did you know that the yoga we practice is part of a healing system called Ayurveda? Originating in India thousands of years ago, Ayurveda is considered one of the oldest and most sophisticated global healing systems.

This series is for anyone interested in learning Ayurvedic tools for optimal health at any age. Many of us know that making small positive shifts can be transformational yet putting them into practice can be challenging! In this series, you will gain gentle support over five weeks from an experienced ayurvedic counselor and a group of like-minded fellow students!
