Did you know that the yoga we practice is part of a much wider healing system called Ayurveda? Originating in India thousands of years ago, Ayurveda is considered to be one of the oldest and most sophisticated healing systems in the world.  

This series provides an introduction for anyone interested in learning more about Ayurveda and in learning Ayurvedic tools for optimal health at any age.   Many of us know that making small positive shifts can be transformational, but putting them into actual practice can be challenging!   In this series, you will gain gentle support over the 6 weeks from an experienced ayurvedic counselor and a group of like-minded fellow students!
