Take an afternoon for yourself to experience profound restoration. In this retreat we will explore:
  • Gentle therapeutic movement to support healing and balance
  • Restorative poses using bolsters, blankets and eye pillows
  • Gentle breathwork to relieve stress and quiet the mind
  • 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra to support deep relaxation
  • Informal quiet time to enjoy tea, rest, journal if desired, and reflect.
